SOUTH WINDSOR – A Stafford man was arrested on burglary charges Thursday after police say he did electrical work at a South Windsor home and then later returned and stole money.
Ryan H. Baer, 41 is charged with third-degree burglary, criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, police said Friday.
The residents were away at the time of the burglary, police Lt. Mark Cleverdon said, but called police after being made aware that Baer had gone into their home,
