Fans of Solasta II will soon have a new reason to enjoy the game, as Tactical Adventures has confirmed that multiplayer is coming to the RPG on September 10. The feature will arrive as part of Update 1, bringing online co-op and several other highly requested additions to the Early Access title.

The update will allow up to four players to team up and experience the adventure together. Players can also use the new Hot Join feature to bring friends into an ongoing adventure, while Party Choice Voting will let the group decide on important dialogue and story choices. A new ping system should also make coordinating during encounters much easier.

The biggest addition, however, is the Warlock, which becomes the game’s seventh playable class. It will launch with two subclasses: the Timekeeper, who can manipulate time to support allies and disrupt enemies, and the Dreamer, who uses nightmares to put enemies to sleep and inflict exhaustion.

Update 1 will also introduce around 30 new world events, expanded character customization options, dice rolls for character stats, cloud saves, controller shortcuts, and optional spell component rules. Players can also look forward to new hairstyles, beards, tattoos, and warpaints.

Solasta II remains in Early Access on Steam, with Tactical Adventures continuing to use community feedback to shape future updates.

With multiplayer finally on the way, September 10 could be a great time to gather some friends and start a new adventure.
