She was originally supposed to play a lone Canadian date at History in October
Ravyn Lenae was supposed to go on tour next month in support of her latest album Blue Island, but now she's announced that she has had to postpone the upcoming trek due to unspecified reasons. In addition to several US dates, she was originally supposed to play a lone Canadian date at Toronto's History on October 5 with Nourished by Time.
In an Instagram Story posted today, Lenae wrote, "Firstly, I just want to say thank you all so much for your support of Blue Island. The love I've received so far is so beautiful, and I'm eternally grateful for the time you've spent with it."
The statement continued, "After talking with my team, I've made the difficult decision to postpone my touring this fall. I hate to disappoint you. Connecting with my fans through live performance is one of my favourite experiences as an artist but promise when l bring the show to you in the new year it'll be worth the wait."
New dates have not been revealed yet, but all previously purchased tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase.
