George Clooney appeared in fine spirits as he showed off his best moves at the 83rd Venice Film Festival on Wednesday.
The prestigious event is set to kick off this evening and it's not just any old Venice Film Festival for George this year, as he is due to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Attending the photocall the actor, 65, beamed as he put his fists up playfully as he struck a fight pose for the camera.
Looking smart in a navy suit and open collar white shirt, the star waved to fans before taking selfies with those in the crowd.
In the nearly 30 years since he attended his first Venice Film Festival with the film Out Of Sight, George has become something of a fixture at the event.
It's a place where he's enjoyed many significant moments, from his wedding to Amal to the debut of Good Night, And Good Luck, which he co-wrote and starred in, and for which he was nominated for his first best director Oscar.

Last year, he attended the festival to promote his film Jay Kelly, in which he plays a movie star who travels to Italy for a lifetime achievement award – so this year marks a wonderful full circle moment.
The red carpet events begin Wednesday with the premiere of British director Danny Boyle's Ink, a drama about the rise of media magnate Rupert Murdoch.
It closes on September 12, with Italian costume drama Dio Ride (God Laughs), written and directed by Giovanni Veronesi.
American actress and filmmaker Maggie Gyllenhaal will chair the jury for the main competition.
She will be joined by Tunisian director and screenwriter Kaouther Ben Hania, the English composer Daniel Blumberg, Italian film critic Francesco Casetti, French director Xavier Giannoli, Afghan director Shahrbanoo Sadat and Hong Kong director Johnnie To.
Stars expected to attend this year include Noel and Liam Gallagher of Oasis, sisters Rooney and Kate Mara, Robert Pattinson, Penélope Cruz and her husband Javier Bardem, Pamela Anderson, Sam Rockwell, John Malkovich, French actor Louis Garrel, South Korean actress Cho Yeo-jeong, and US actress Ellen Burstyn, who is also accepting a lifetime achievement award.
