TOKYO/ISTANBUL — Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday urged Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries to play a greater role in steering the world and offered them AI cooperation, while presenting the Eurasian grouping as a bastion of "stability" in an uncertain world.
