Rangers' Lawrence Shankland hailed Nico Raskin's great professionalism amid transfer speculation.
Raskin was the subject of a loan bid from Besiktas, but Rangers rejected the offer.
Despite the uncertainty, Raskin put in a solid performance to help Rangers secure a victory against Falkirk.
The midfielder's commitment on the pitch has been applauded by his teammates.
"He said aye and I gave him the thumbs up and that was it; we were ready to go.
"I trust him, he's your teammate and since he has come back from the World Cup he's trained well.

Shankland acknowledged the challenge of staying focused amid rumours, having experienced similar situations himself.
He said: "It's not easy when there is a lot of noise.
"I have been involved in it in the past in my own career.
"So the level of professionalism and stuff he showed to focus on his job, and he did really well."
Shankland, who added two goals to his winner against Aberdeen on Sunday, is confident that the team's back-to-back victories will boost their morale.
He said: "And obviously he played a vital part and getting three points – that's the important thing."
After a challenging start to his Rangers career, Shankland seems to have found his stride.
He said: "I'm guessing you're talking about in front of goal.
