Aerospace positioned as priority with country eyeing 6 to 8 launches a year

TOKYO — With Japan looking to start putting more satellites into orbit after Tuesday's successful H3 rocket launch, Mitsubishi Electric, the top domestic supplier of large satellites, is preparing to ramp up production for this new stage of the country's space development.
