ICICI Bank shares were trading at ₹1,409, down ₹6.30 or 0.45 per cent, on Tuesday, August 18, as the private lender simultaneously announced pricing of a $750 million bond offering in international markets.

The bank, acting through its IFSC Banking Unit, priced the five-year Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes at a coupon of 5.417 per cent at 1.39 am. IST on Tuesday, under its $7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. The notes will be allotted on August 21, 2026, mature on August 21, 2031, with interest payable on February 21 and August 21 each year through maturity.

On the exchange, sell-side orders accounted for 55.33 per cent of total traded quantity against 44.67 per cent on the buy side, as of 11.45 am. The stock opened at ₹1,410, hit a high of ₹1,416.20 before slipping to a low of ₹1,407.20. Traded volume stood at 31.14 lakh shares with a traded value of ₹439.12 crore. Deliverable quantity was 67.46 per cent of total traded volume.

Total market capitalisation stands at ₹10,11,137.89 crore, with a free float cap of ₹10,06,929.54 crore. The symbol P/E is 18.11, and annualised volatility is 23.31 per cent.

ICICI Bank’s longer-term performance remains relatively stronger. The stock is up 5.31 per cent year-to-date, has gained 48.21 per cent over three years and 104.71 per cent over five years, outpacing the Nifty 50’s respective returns of negative 7.45 per cent, 25.31 per cent, and 46.04 per cent over the same periods. The stock’s 52-week range is ₹1,187.60 to ₹1,480, with the current price sitting roughly 4.8 per cent below its 52-week high recorded on July 20, 2026.
