Dhabriya Polywood announced that it has received a work order/Letter of Intent (LoI) worth Rs 4.78 crore from Godrej Properties for external facade works for its project in Delhi NCR.
The company clarified that the transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction and that neither the promoters nor the promoter group companies have any interest in the work contract.
Dhabriya Polywood is one of the leading manufacturers & suppliers of extruded PVC/uPVC profile sections and Dstona sheets & mouldings for various furnishing & furniture applications (i.e., doors, partitions, ceilings, paneling, fencing, prefabs, interiors & furnishings, etc.), uPVC windows & doors, and aluminium window systems.
On the financial front, the companys consolidated net profit rose 35.47% to Rs 8.86 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 from Rs 6.54 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Sales increased 10.02% to Rs 68.31 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 62.09 crore in Q1 FY26.
The counter slipped 1.14% to Rs 564 on the BSE.
