A woman has died after being found injured on an Inverness street.
Police said they received a report of a woman found injured on Strothers Lane at around 3.40pm on Wednesday, September 2.
Emergency services attended, however the 71-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the death is being treated as unexplained, but there do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
