Annie Knight has spoken out about some of the challenges she has faced planning her upcoming wedding – including dropping bridesmaids and her future father-in-law not attending.

The Australian influencer, 28, who is weeks away from walking down the aisle with her fiancé Henry Brayshaw, the son of Australian sporting legend James Brayshaw, revealed the retired cricketer will not attend after a falling out with his son.

'I think it's been a bit hard for him with the wedding coming up. Obviously it's tough, we always do our best to just focus on the positives,' Annie told The Daily Telegraph.

'We have his beautiful mum coming, his beautiful brothers. I've got my family coming. We're so lucky to have such supportive family.'

Annie and Henry have been very candid about some of the personal issues they have recently faced, including his gambling addiction, which saw him accumulate a $180,000 debt.

She added that supporting Henry through this difficult time had taken an emotional toll on her.

'When your partner is struggling with something, you take it on. I was trying to pick up the pieces for Henry, but I didn't realise I was suffering,' Annie said.

In June, Annie shared the astounding cost of her upcoming wedding.

Annie detailed the expenses associated with her big day in a video, revealing it will cost $170,000 in total.

'I am going to go through the main things and then tell you the total. The venue itself is costing us $60,000. That includes a wedding co-ordinator for the day, all the food and alcohol,' Annie began.

'The groomsmen accommodation is $4,000 for three nights. All mine and Henry's family's flights and accommodation are also $4,000 for two nights.'

She then revealed some other shock expenses which made her ceremony significantly pricier than the average one in Australia.

'I am spending $12,000 on my dress, Henry's ring is $3,000, my reception dresses – I got two because I didn't know which one I wanted – were together $5,000, my wedding shoes were $3,000,' she went on.
