A teenager and a man in his 20s have died after three vehicles were involved in a horror car crash.

The fatal collision occurred at just after 11pm in East Clandon, Surrey, last night and involved three Seat Leons – one white, one black and one grey.

Surrey Police rushed to the scene where it was found the driver of the white Leon, a teenager, and his passenger were dead. 

A 22-year-old man from Woking, a 21-year-old woman from Guildford and a 19-year-old man from Guildford have since been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and remain in police custody.

Epsom Road, where the crash occurred, remains closed today as police carry out an investigation.

The force is asking witnesses to come forward including motorists who might have dashcam footage of the crash.

In a statement, Surrey Police said: 'We are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in East Clandon.

'Officers were called to Epsom Road just after 11pm on Friday, 21 August following a report of a collision involving a white Seat Leon, a black Seat Leon and a grey Seat Leon.

'Sadly, the driver of the white Seat, a man in his late teens, and the passenger, a man in his early 20s, died at the scene. Their next of kin have been informed.

'Epsom Road remains closed to allow officers to carry out their enquiries at the scene.

'Were you in the area between 10.50pm and 11pm on Friday, 21 August? We are asking anyone who witnessed this collision or the events leading up to it to make contact.

'Motorists are also asked to review any dashcam, or helmet cam footage that may have captured all or part of this incident.'
