Belgian indie developer Business Goose Studios has officially brought its charming puzzle game Sizeable to consoles, giving more players a chance to experience its creative little worlds. After selling more than 200,000 copies on Steam, the game is now available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 4 and 5 for just $6.99.
Sizeable keeps its concept simple but surprisingly clever. Players explore small diorama-style environments where they can change the size of different objects to manipulate the world around them. What starts as a seemingly straightforward puzzle can quickly turn into an amusing chain reaction.
For example, players can grow the moon to raise the tides, then shrink a tree that is providing shade to a small pool. Once the sun grows larger, it can evaporate the water and create a cloud. Growing that cloud can then generate enough wind to blow away sand and uncover a hidden reward.
The game also encourages players to explore every corner of its miniature environments. Hidden turtles are scattered throughout Sizeable, and finding them is important for unlocking many of the game’s Achievements and Trophies.
With its relaxing presentation, playful puzzles, and affordable price, Sizeable looks like an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a short and enjoyable puzzle experience. Its journey from a successful Steam release to consoles should give even more players a reason to check out this tiny but creative adventure.
