A streetwear label founder accused of domestic violence against two recent girlfriends has had his bail conditions altered so he can legally resume contact with one of them.
Corey Jefferys is the face of the Ready Or Not clothing brand and the subject of interim restraining orders taken out by police to protect his former and latest partners.
One of the protected women is his former girlfriend, 24-year-old model and influencer Cass Beric, whom Jefferys is also accused of assaulting.
The other is 27-year-old Isabella Nieto-Roels, who Jefferys told the Daily Mail earlier this week was his current partner.
Jefferys was arrested on August 8 and charged with stalking or intimidating Ms Nieto-Roels between 12.30pm and 9.15pm that day at Miranda in Sydney's south.
The 33-year-old was granted bail on conditions including that he not go near or contact Ms Nieto-Roels, including via social media, and that he live at an address in Cronulla.
Under the terms of an interim apprehended violence order (AVO), Jefferys was not to go within 100m of where Ms Nieto-Roels lives or works, or contact her in any way unless through a lawyer.
On Wednesday, Jefferys appeared at Sutherland Local Court where he pleaded not guilty to the stalking or intimidation charge and a hearing was set down for next March.

Solicitor Mohommed Bazzi sought to have his client's AVO conditions altered so that Jefferys was not prevented from being in the company of Ms Nieto-Roels.
Mr Bazzi suggested a new arrangement whereby Jefferys could not live at the same address as his girlfriend.
Ms Nieto-Roels was consulted about the changes and police did not oppose them.
Judge David Coulton granted the AVO variations and also varied Jefferys's bail so there was no conflict between the two sets of conditions.
