The Syrian singer is playing Montreal and Toronto in October
Syrian singer Omar Souleyman is heading to Montreal to play a one-off show this fall.
UPDATE (08/11, 1:01 p.m. ET): Souleyman has added a Toronto show to his trip to Canada. Now, he will also play the Concert Hall on October 5. Presale begins tomorrow (August 12) with the code "OMAR" at 11 a.m., with general on-sale happening August 13, also at 11 a.m. Get tickets via Ticketweb.
Happening October 2 at S.A.T., the show is presented by good shows, MARSM and the Plant. Special guests who have yet to be announced will also perform.
Presale is on now with the code SOULEYMAN, with general on-sale beginning tomorrow (July 16) at 12 p.m. ET. Tickets are available via Tixr.
Due to the US travel ban on certain Middle Eastern countries, including Syria, these Canadian dates are currently Souleyman's only headlining North American shows.
While Souleyman's last album was 2024's Erbil, he was recently featured on Gorillaz's The Mountain on the track "Damascus."
