And we’ve already seen a mountain of player movement – some clubs losing half their squads from this season in wholesale changes.
But there’s still big names up for grabs, including Kiwi superstar Grace Nweke who is yet to announce her new home for next season.

AUG 26 – THIRD CLUB LOCKED IN AS MIDCOURTER MAKES MOVE
Molly Jovic is headed to the Sydney Sirens for 2027, with the midcourter signing a one-year deal at the newly acquired club.
Jovic becomes the third signing for the club, formerly the Giants, for next season after leaving the Melbourne Mavericks where she was an inaugural team member.
“The last couple of years have taught me that life doesn’t always unfold exactly how you expect it to, but sometimes the opportunities that come your way end up being even better than you could have imagined,” she shared.
“One thing I knew for certain was that I still had a lot more netball left in me, so when the chance to be part of this new era for the Sirens came along, it was something I was incredibly excited about.
“Having been part of an inaugural team before, I know how special those early years can be. You develop a unique bond as a playing group and you have the opportunity to help shape the culture, standards and identity of the club.
“What’s really exciting about the Sirens is that while we’re building something new, we’re also carrying forward the proud legacy that already exists. There’s a strong foundation to work from and I can’t wait to play my role in what comes next.”
Rising defender Jessie Grenvold has become the Melbourne Mavericks final signature, putting pen to paper on a new two-year deal.
Grenvold, who finished the 2026 season as a Diamonds squad member and travelling reserve for the Commonwealth Games, ensures Gerard Murphy’s defensive end remains in tact for next season with Kim Brown and Tara Hinchliffe also returning for next season.
“This club has given me incredible opportunities and helped me grow so much as a player and person,” Grenvold said. “To go from training partner, to 11th player, to earning a full contract and then having the season we had as a group last year has been pretty special. “We’ve built something that everyone is really proud of and I genuinely believe there’s still so much more ahead for us. I’m excited to continue that journey with this club and this playing group.”
