Miranda Kerr has revealed her teenage son Flynn, whom she shares with actor Orlando Bloom, spends time meditating with his girlfriend.
The former Victoria's Secret model, 43, said on Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari that her 15-year-old recently learned Vedic meditation in a 'ceremony'.
He enjoyed the practice so much, he then introduced it to his partner and her friends so they could meditate together.
'My dear friend Patti [Quintero] from Uma Mother, she came over to the house and we had a little ceremony,' Miranda explained.
'They each got to do their mantra and then practice their mantra with their eyes closed.
'My teenager, who is 15, actually really enjoys it so much that he introduced it to his girlfriend and his girlfriend introduced it to a group of her friends and now they collectively meditate together.'

Vedic meditation originated in ancient India and involves sitting with the eyes closed while silently repeating a personalised sound known as a bija, or seed, mantra.
Miranda shares Flynn with ex-husband Orlando and sons Hart, eight, Myles, six, and Pierre, two, with Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel.
Elsewhere in the interview, Miranda revealed she rarely works out these days after retiring as a Victoria's Secret Angel in 2013.
She said she used to exercise five or six times a week before lingerie shows, but now relies on healthy eating habits to maintain her figure.
'Now, it's very different. Honestly, right now, I'm just doing the Megan Rupp 10 minute quickie workouts. Just every other day, but I eat really well,' she said.
The Australian model also detailed her health routine, revealing the diet she follows to maintain her appearance and wellbeing.
