Republican Senate hopeful Mike Rogers just pulled off a pretty solid flex in Detroit, rolling out a “Democrats for Rogers” press conference complete with actual Michigan Democrats holding signs and vouching for him over their own party’s nominee.
Meanwhile, progressive darling Abdul El-Sayed is still online channeling his inner tough guy — challenging Rogers to debates, football, and apparently now arm wrestling — while the crossover voters keep walking away.
When even Democrats are showing up on your lawn to endorse the Republican, the “blue wave” talk starts looking a little forced.

This is a big deal, especially in blue Michigan. Seems some Democrats have figured out that the DSA is not their friend, not even a little bit.
