Katie Holmes appears to have confirmed her romance with rumored boyfriend Jason Bard Yarmosky.

On Sept. 1, the “Dawson’s Creek” star posted a pair of pictures on Instagram seeming to indicate they are a couple.

“Happy Birthday to the best of the best…❤️@jasonbardyarmosky,” she captioned a pair of photos.

The first picture features a smiling Holmes holding a microphone while she stands close to Yarmosky with her arm around his waist. The second image is dark and appears to capture a birthday cake with lit candles.

The post was also shared on Yarmosky’s Instagram page.

Holmes also posted a video to her Instagram story in which Yarmosky blows out the candles on his cake while people applaud. Holmes, sitting next to him, gives him a hug, and he kisses her on the forehead.

Rumors that Holmes and Yarmosky were an item had circulated over the last several weeks, as they were seen together at various events during the summer.

Holmes, 47, was previously married to Tom Cruise from 2006 until their divorce in 2012. The couple shares daughter Suri, 20. She was later linked to Jamie Foxx.

Yarmosky works as an artist. His “work centers on themes of aging, time, and memory — subjects the artist has been fascinated with since childhood,” according to his website.

Drew Weisholtz is a reporter for TODAY Digital, focusing on pop culture, nostalgia and trending stories. He has seen every episode of “Saved by the Bell” at least 50 times, longs to perfect the crane kick from “The Karate Kid” and performs stand-up comedy, while also cheering on the New York Yankees and New York Giants. A graduate of Rutgers University, he is the married father of two kids who believe he is ridiculous.
