Instagram is testing out a new “AI Creator” label for users who “regularly” post AI content, building on its earlier label for disclosing AI use in posts.

Meta’s photo and short-video sharing app announced the update this week, noting that creators could choose to use the “AI Creator” label on top of the “AI info” label that allows users to disclose the use of AI for specific photos and videos.

The “AI Creator” label would be visible on the user’s profile bio, and alongside content in the platform’s feed, Reels, and Explore sections.
