Canadian soccer (or football) fans rejoice, as the English Premier League is back and has just played through its first weekend of the regular season. If you’re looking to catch matches from one of the top leagues in the world, I’ll show you how to watch it.
Before we get into it, though, let’s add some context. The 2026-2027 Premier League season started on August 21, with the final games set to be played on May 30, 2027. The season will consist of 33 weekends and five midweek match rounds and is designed to avoid clashes with domestic and UEFA club competition dates.
