An investigation is under way into a major fire close to Wembley Stadium as rail and Tube chaos sparked by the blaze continues for a second day.
Around 125 firefighters were scrambled to a mixed waste facility on an industrial estate in Neasden, nort London, just after 11.30am on Friday as the fire broke out.
Huge plumes of smoke could be seen in the sky in videos posted on social media, with firefighters still battling the blaze into the evening.
The fire, close to rail lines, meant the entire of the Metropolitan Line was suspended while the Jubilee Line was part suspended, with severe delays on the rest of the line.
Major disruption to rail services to and from London Marylebone station, which was evacuated, also continued until the end of the day.
On Saturday, major disruption on Tube and train services remained. The Jubilee line will be part suspended between Wembley Park and Willesden Green until at least the early afternoon with severe delays expected on the rest of the line.
The Metropolitan line will also remain part suspended until Saturday afternoon between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Aldgate with severe delays on the rest of the line.
Major disruption to London Marylebone trains will continue until at least 1pm on Saturday. All lines towards Aylesbury via Amersham are disrupted.
Services are unable to run between London Marylebone and Amersham and will be cancelled or revised, National Rail said.
As the blaze broke out nearby residents were told to residents to close doors and windows and remain inside where possible as the thick black smoke filled the air.
