Jamie Milne is glad she had the foresight to use “everything” in her handle back in 2015. A teacher at the time, she started her online platform, Everything Delish, to share restaurant recommendations with friends. Today, with nearly four million followers, she still shares food — and so much more.

“People come for the food, but they stay for the story, and that has allowed me to talk about everything that’s going on in my life, whether it be endometriosis, fertility, anxiety, Shabbat dinners. The things that shape me and who I am,” says the Toronto-based recipe developer and content creator.
