Aryna Sabalenka put her incredible athletic physique on full display as she swapped the tennis court for a glamorous night out in New York City.
The 28-year-old tennis champion showcased her seriously toned legs in a thigh-skimming bubblegum pink mini dress as she celebrated being named Moroccanoil's new global ambassador at Le Jardin Sur Madison on August 27.
The playful mini featured a high neckline, capped sleeves and artfully ruched detailing around the hips, finishing high above the knee to reveal the powerful legs that have helped make Aryna one of the most formidable players in women's tennis.
She kept her accessories understated, adding delicate jewellery and simple white thong sandals, while her long blonde hair was worn in loose, beachy waves.
Aryna appeared in fantastic spirits throughout the evening and was also joined by her fiancé, Georgios Frangulis, with the couple sharing a sweet moment for photographers as he leaned affectionately towards her.
Behind Aryna's powerful physique is, unsurprisingly, an extraordinary amount of training, but the four-time Grand Slam champion has made it clear she isn't interested in pursuing perfection at the expense of enjoying her life.
Speaking to Vogue in New York this week, Aryna offered a fascinating glimpse into just how closely she monitors her health.
"I do a lot of stuff, I really pay attention to my sleep. I pay attention to what I eat," she said.
"But I try to look after my body, because my body is the most important thing in my career, so I have to really look after it."
Aryna revealed she uses a WHOOP fitness tracker and checks her sleep data as soon as she wakes up, before monitoring her calorie expenditure later in the day.
Even chocolate has a place in the equation. By the end of the day, she joked that she'll check her numbers to decide: "Am I allowed to have that little chocolate that's just looking at me and begging to eat it or not?"
Her wellness routine also includes breathing techniques and working with a mental coach, although she stressed that there are still days when she simply eats whatever she feels like.
That sense of balance is something Aryna has spoken about increasingly candidly. In an interview with Esquire earlier this year, she explained that while her regime becomes much stricter during pre-season and tournaments, she refuses to completely deprive herself.
"When I'm in the preseason or during a tournament, I'm not drinking at all," she explained.
"But I have my moments, like when it's a big win of course I party and drink. It's important to balance it."
