Julie Anne Haddock appeared in several episodes of '80s sitcom 'The Facts of Life'

Julie Ann Haddock appeared in 17 episodes of '80s classic The Facts of Life as sporty student Cindy Webster. Her role was reduced after season one and her last acting role came in season eight, visiting the rest of the cast as now-fashion model Cindy Baker.

After she left the onscreen gang, Julie has kept her personal life relatively private. She married seven-time Emmy-winning technical director Eric Becker in 1997. After welcoming son Brody, they divorced in 2018. In 2025, she appeared on an episode of the 80sthen80snow podcast to talk about her time on The Facts of Life.

Kristy McNichol left the world of acting behind in 2001

Kristy McNichol bookended the decade with strong sitcom roles, starring on Family between 1976 and 1980, and then taking on a main role in Empty Nest, a spin-off of The Golden Girls.

She's since left acting behind and officially retired in 2001. Kristy has been in a happy relationship with her girlfriend Martie Allen for over 30 years.

Andrea Elson met her now-husband on the set of ALF

Andrea Elson found dual fame in the '80s with starring roles on Wizz Kids and ALF. In Wizz Kids, she played the scientifically-talented detective Alice Tyler, while on ALF she starred as the only daughter of the Tanner family.

She married Scott Hopper in 1993, after meeting on the set of ALF, and the couple share two children. Andrea now reportedly works as a yoga instructor and appeared on screen for the first time since 1997 in 2023 documentary ALF on ALF.

Tina Yothers starred on hit '80s sitcom 'Family Ties'

Tina Yothers first appeared on screen in anthology series Disneyland in 1981. She appeared on hit sitcom Family Ties between 1982 and 1989, starring in 172 episodes.

She stepped away from Hollywood in the early 2000s to focus on her family. Tina married contractor Robert Kaiser in 2002 and share two children. She's occasionally reappeared in nostalgic TV projects but is largely enjoying a more private life. 

Staci Keanan became a child star on 'My Two Dads'

Staci Keanan was cast in the leading role of Nicole Bradford on My Two Dads. When Nicole's mother dies, she leaves her daughter in joint custody of two men who fought for her affections – either of whom may be the father.
