Jennifer Aniston made a very racy joke about her boyfriend Jim Curtis while interviewing him during a rare public moment in New York on Wednesday night.

The Friends star, 57, and the author, 50, were on stage in New York to mark the release of his new book The Book of Possibility.

And right from the get go their chemistry and banter was clear. Jennifer made a cheeky quip about dodgeballs after revealing that the Kaufmann Concert Hall was where she used to go for her gym classes while in high school in the Eighties.

She said on stage: 'I went to Steiner school just down the street so I would come to this gym every Thursday. And I wasn't very sporty, but we had to do dodgeball and there were these huge red balls.

'And there was no field it was just indoors so you had to run for your life. So it's quite a full circle moment to be back here with you.'

She then looked at Jim and joked: 'Well… speaking of dodging balls…!'

The audience then erupted with laughter. At the end of the interview Jennifer asked him: 'Have I completely embarrassed you?' to which he replied, 'A lot.'

She made the reveal when asked to share 'one possibility [she is] choosing today'.
