First held in 1938, the Wyndham is the final chance for golfers to make the top 70 of the FedExCup standings and secure their spots in the upcoming playoffs.

Standing in the field's way is Sedgefield Country Club, a short par-70 Donald Ross venue under 7,100 yards that rewards strategy over strength. Drivers can be kept in check, but iron accuracy, smart placement, and clutch putting on fast Bermuda greens are non-negotiables for surviving Sedgefield.

'PAR TALK': MICHAEL THORBJORNSON 'FINALLY' ARRIVES, PATRICK CANTLAY'S GUTLESS DECISION, AND THE FEDEX CUP PLAYOFF BUBBLE

Even though this has been the golf betting year from hell, I'm officially on a heater after profiting for a second straight PGA TOUR event at last week's Rocket Classic. Unfortunately, I need to hit three straight outrights to get out of the hole: -49.79 units (u) this season.

For the Wyndham, I'm risking 2.06u on outrights and 3u on placements. Without further ado, here are my horses for the course at Sedgefield.

ZERO BS. JUST DAKICH. TAKE THE DON'T @ ME PODCAST ON THE ROAD. In fact, the only reason Tom’s odds aren’t shorter is that he won too recently and the market doesn’t think he can win twice in a short span.
