Myleene Klass has urged women to check their breasts after suffering a health scare while attending Wimbledon.<\/p>\n
The TV presenter and singer, 48, shared on Instagram how she found not one but two lumps after casually folding her arms during the tennis tournament.<\/p>\n
Posting on Instagram, Myleene shared how she has since undergone medical tests, but is now encouraging others to not ignore any changes to their bodies.<\/p>\n

\u2018I accidentally felt a lump when I was at Wimbledon watching the tennis. I casually folded my arms and there it was. Then a second one.<\/p>\n
\u2018The subsequent days went both quickly and agonisingly slowly.\u2019<\/p>\n
The former Hear\u2019Say star said that she was \u2018okay\u2019 three cysts and three lymph nodes later.<\/p>\n
\u2018I have close friends going through similar experiences atm and it\u2019s sobering, humbling and terrifying,\u2019 she continued.<\/p>\n
\u2018All this to say, as a fierce advocate for women\u2019s health, right now, check yourself and go get a second opinion.\u2019<\/p>\n
