Windsor police are investigating a possible hate crime after a shirtless man chucked rocks through the windows of a church on Giles Boulevard.<\/p>\n

Police said the man was caught on surveillance video on Aug. 7 throwing rocks through two windows of a church in the 100 block of Giles Boulevard East. He then fled on foot.<\/p>\n
The Windsor Police Service\u2019s Major Crimes Unit has taken over the investigation. Investigators said they are working to determine if the act of vandalism wash \u201chate-motivated.\u201d<\/p>\n
Police said the man had a medium complexion and a black-and-grey goatee. He was wearing a blue Toronto Blue Jays hat, blue jeans and black-and-purple shoes. Police said he wasn\u2019t wearing a shirt but had a black one hanging from the waistband of his pants.<\/p>\n
