RCMP say officers were notified that possible human remains were discovered outside an address in the community of Umpherville, about 630 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Officers located the remains Monday between two residences.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Police say an autopsy has been conducted, but did not say whether a cause of death has been determined.\u00a0<\/p>\n
RCMP are asking anyone with information to contact the detachment in The Pas.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Police and the province\u2019s medical examiner continue to investigate.<\/p>\n
