The strange vehicle has recently surfaced online and secured quite a bit of mainstream media attention, but Ro\u0219ca has actually been tirelessly developing this wild contraption for over a decade in relative obscurity. Even though its 600 km\/h (373 mph) claim is utter nonsense due to the steep diminishing returns of highly pressurized energy storage, the underlying technology remains fascinating to analyze.
