Taxis in Bhopal will stop operating from midnight on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Sanyukta Morcha comprising Bhopal Taxi Drivers&#039; Association and the Taxi Union Welfare Committee has announced a strike starting Aug 18. Approximately 3,500 taxis operate in Bhopal.<\/p>\n<p>As per Morcha, taxi drivers are facing a financial crisis due to arbitrary practices of aggregator companies, rising costs, and the administration&#039;s failure to act on their demands.<\/p>\n<p>They are going on strike in protest against this.
