Moore wrote along the bottom of the mirror selfie that she was enjoying a 'swim day' and 'packing for a little getaway.'<\/p>\n

The mom of three tugged at her skin, writing in the Instagram Stories post, 'After 3 kids in 3 1\/2 years, this is what my body is… Loose skin and all.'<\/p>\n
Moore and her husband, musician Taylor Goldsmith, share sons Gus, five, and Ozzie, three, and daughter Lou, two in September.<\/p>\n
She also shared footage from a gym session with her personal trainer.<\/p>\n
'I'm super awkward and not a natural athlete but I\u2019m committed to getting stronger for the long run,' she wrote over another video.<\/p>\n
