The disruption started at approximately 9:50 a.m. Thursday when a train on Line 1 came to a complete stop at Cyrville Station due to damaged overhead wiring between St-Laurent and Cyrville stations.<\/p>\n
Rideau Transit Maintenance (RTM) technicians were deployed to repair the damage and conduct inspections Thursday, according to Leary. While officials were hoping repairs would be completed by Friday morning, repair crews found additional damage to the overhead wiring system.<\/p>\n
