Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa are interested in signing Nicolas Jackson but Chelsea are demanding a \u00a360 million transfer fee, according to reports.<\/p>\n
Jackson scored 11 goals in 34 appearances during his loan spell with Bayern Munich last season but the Bundesliga champions opted not to sign the striker on a permanent deal for \u20ac65m (\u00a355.5m).<\/p>\n
After making four appearances for Senegal at the World Cup this summer, Jackson has now returned to Chelsea for pre-season and Xabi Alonso has been given the final say over the 25-year-old\u2019s future at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n
According to RMC Sport, Chelsea and Alonso are open to selling Jackson before the end of the transfer window but the club want \u00a360m for the striker.<\/p>\n

The report adds that Tottenham, Aston Villa and Atletico Madrid are all interested in signing Jackson.<\/p>\n

However, Chelsea\u2019s \u00a360m valuation is proving problematic and has been described as a \u2018main obstacle\u2019 preventing Jackson\u2019s exit.<\/p>\n
Jackson was left out of Chelsea\u2019s squad for their final pre-season friendly on Saturday as Alonso\u2019s side sealed a 3-1 win against Real Sociedad at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n
Chelsea have already strengthened their striker options this summer with the \u00a35m signing of Danny Welbeck from Brighton earlier this month.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Chelsea are open to offers for Liam Delap, who was also not part of the squad for the friendly against Real Sociedad this weekend.<\/p>\n
Serie A side Como, who are managed by Cesc Fabregas and have already signed Trevoh Chalobah this summer, have made an approach to sign Delap.<\/p>\n
However, the 23-year-old\u2019s preference is to join a club in the Premier League. Chelsea are demanding a \u00a340m fee for the striker, who they signed for \u00a330m from Ipswich Town last year.<\/p>\n
