A BBC news anchor \u2018couldn\u2019t resist\u2019 the opportunity to tease his co-worker during a live broadcast, and it has sent the internet into shock.<\/p>\n
Rich Preston was hosting a news segment on the fifth European heatwave when he threw to his colleague Nick Beak in Brussels.<\/p>\n
Rather than just introducing Nick in the same old boring way, however, Rich decided to have some fun.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2018Let\u2019s speak now to our foreign correspondent Nick Beak, who\u2019s in Brussels,\u2019 he began.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2018Nick, you\u2019re looking hot this morning; how\u2019s the picture across Europe?\u2019<\/p>\n
Before offering his hot take (pun intended) on the weather, Nick could be seen slightly smirking and was clearly amused by his colleague\u2019s cheeky wordplay.<\/p>\n
Following the broadcast, the clip was noticed by TV clip mastermind and critic Scott Byran, who shared it on X and Instagram along with the caption \u2018outrageous flirting on BBC News\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Soon after, Rich replied on Instagram, joking that \u2018he couldn\u2019t resist\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The flirty banter went down well with fans online, many of whom shared their amusement in the Instagram comment section.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sadly for those penning a great romance story in their minds (Perhaps, it could be called Heated Broadcast), we have some bad news.<\/p>\n
Rich is, in fact, married, which might get in the way of any future romances.<\/p>\n
