(ABC News: Jamie McKinnell)<\/p>\n<p>A second complainant, referred to as Complainant C, has begun giving evidence in the Alan Jones trial.<\/p>\n<p>The man says he &quot;had to cop&quot; the former broadcaster&#039;s alleged assaults because of their power dynamic imbalance.<\/p>\n<p>Complainant C says he felt &quot;pretty frozen&quot; when Mr Jones allegedly put his hand on the man&#039;s penis, an allegation Mr Jones denies.<\/p>\n<p>A former colleague of broadcaster Alan Jones has broken down in tears while describing an alleged unwanted kiss from the radio host, telling the court he &quot;had to cop&quot; Mr Jones&#039;s alleged assaults because of the power dynamic.<\/p>\n<p>The man, known as Complainant C, is accusing Mr Jones of indecently assaulting him on eight different occasions when the pair worked together in 2008, including allegedly kissing him in a lift and touching his groin in the car.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Jones has pleaded not guilty to 22 charges of indecent assault and sexual touching, relating to six complainants, and is on trial in the NSW Local Court.<\/p>\n<p>On Complainant C&#039;s first day of giving evidence, he said he was 18 when he first met Mr Jones, and described it as a &quot;big deal&quot; for someone who wanted to work in media, and whose family were avid listeners of Mr Jones.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;To be able to say I worked with Alan Jones was pretty much as good as it gets for a young kid,&quot; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Complainant C then went on to say Mr Jones could be &quot;berating&quot; at work if things were not done to his liking, and the complainant would at times &quot;cop a spray&quot; from the radio host.<\/p>\n<p>Complainant C accuses Mr Jones of indecently assaulting him on eight different occasions. (ABC News: Jamie McKinnell)<\/p>\n<p>After a trip to Mr Jones&#039;s Fitzroy Falls property in the NSW Southern Highlands, Complainant C said their relationship shifted to being more about &quot;banter&quot; and &quot;jokey&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;The dynamic had shifted a little bit, like I&#039;d got through the period of getting torn strips off in the office and now I was sort of looked after by him,&quot; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Complainant C told the court that Mr Jones began sending him complimentary and &quot;romantic&quot; texts, in which he would say &quot;big hugs and big kisses&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Like being bombarded with love \u2026 love bombing,&quot; he told the court.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: <a href='https:\/\/www.abc.net.au\/news\/2026-08-14\/complainant-c-gives-evidence-in-alan-jones-sexual-touching-trial\/107037110' target='_blank'>Read the original article on www.abc.net.au<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alan Jones pictured outside Downing Centre Local Court on Friday.
