No average American can afford to buy a home in NYC, because decades of bad democrat policy has made it unaffordable. That\u2019s why anyone with a functioning brain and the means, are moving to Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and North Carolina and not other Blue sh*tholes, Liz.<\/p>\n
