Travis Kelce\u00a0has shared his first comments about his\u00a0wedding\u00a0to\u00a0Taylor Swift.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was a fun off-season. The wedding was the best night of my life,\u201d the NFL star\u00a0said\u00a0when asked about his off-season during a media event at the Kansas City Chiefs\u2019 training camp. \u201cI appreciate everyone who came out and celebrated and had fun with us .. It was a crazy night. It was full of a lot of celebration,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The wedding, held on July 3 at Madison Square Garden, was a star-studded event with nearly 1,000 guests of A-list celebrities and athletes. Music icons Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks\u00a0attended, and\u00a0performed, at the wedding while Adam Sandler\u00a0officiated\u00a0the ceremony. The guest list was so stacked, it even included some\u00a0head-scratching attendees.<\/p>\n
Kelce also spoke about the significance of holding the big blowout wedding at New York\u2019s esteemed venue. \u201cI always told myself I\u2019d go for a playoff game when the Knicks were rocking. My wife went when I was stuck in mini camp, so I didn\u2019t get my opportunity to go then,\u201d the tight end said, referring to Swift\u2019s\u00a0appearance\u00a0at Game 4 of the NBA Finals.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s kinda cool to be able to live out my childhood dream of being in that venue, the mecca of all sports venues, being able to get married there,\u201d Kelce added. He made a point to thank \u201cthe owners of MSG\u201d for letting the power couple hold their nuptials at the venue, \u201cknowing we wanted a private event and everything,\u201d confirming the main motivation behind the\u00a0much-discussed\u00a0venue choice was privacy.<\/p>\n
