Brennan Johnson and Dwight McNeil have completed a \u200brare straight swap between Premier League \u200csides, with Everton signing Johnson \u200bfrom Crystal Palace \u2060and McNeil moving in the opposite direction, the clubs said on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Johnson, \u200c25, has signed a four-year contract with Everton, while \u200cMcNeil, 26, has agreed a \u200cdeal \u2060with Palace until 2030.<\/p>\n
The \u2060Wales international joined Palace in January from Tottenham Hotspur and made 26 appearances \u200bin all \u200ccompetitions.<\/p>\n
"There were a lot of reasons why I was so keen to join – the manager, the \u200cplayers, the direction the \u200bteam is going in," Johnson said in a statement \u2060on Everton's website.<\/p>\n
