Krystal Integrated Services, a leading integrated facilities management and business services company, has secured a 40 per cent share worth about \u20b9296 crore in two work orders with an aggregate contract value of \u20b9740 crore awarded by the Maharashtra government, Urban Development Department, Maharashtra Urban Development Mission Directorate, Swachh Maharashtra Mission 2.0.<\/p>\n
The orders have been awarded to the LC Infra Krystal Consortium, wherein LC Infra Projects is the lead member and Krystal Integrated Services is the technical member.\u00a0The projects involve the development of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Interception and Diversion systems and sewer networks on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction basis for Urban Local Bodies under the Pune and Nagpur Divisions, covering STPs with a capacity of 5 MLD and above. The contracts are to be executed over a period of two years.<\/p>\n
The company will contribute its technical capabilities towards the development of critical sewage treatment and sewerage infrastructure. The projects also expand Krystal\u2019s participation in the wastewater management and urban infrastructure segment, which represents an important area of growth for the company.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The company\u2019s net profit in the June quarter was up 6 per cent to \u20b917 crore while revenue was up 12 per cent at \u20b9361 crore. EBITDA increased 7 per cent to to \u20b923 crore<\/p>\n
Neeta Prasad Lad, Chairperson and Managing Director, Krystal Integrated Services said the Maharashtra government orders significantly strengthens project pipeline and reinforces the company\u2019s growing presence in critical urban infrastructure.<\/p>\n
The continued momentum across government, healthcare, infrastructure and other institutional segments, together with steady financial performance, reflects the strength and diversification of the business platform, he said.<\/p>\n

Krystal recently secured a healthcare facility management mandate worth about \u20b9364 crore from Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation, further strengthening its presence in the healthcare segment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The company\u2019s associate Advait Krystal Solar Energy SPV, has secured a project worth \u20b9138 crore to set up rooftop solar PV systems at government hospitals and medical colleges in Maharashtra. The project includes 25 years of operation and maintenance under a BOOT model.<\/p>\n
