Jessica Alba looked incredible as she showed off her sculpted figure in a tiny leopard print bikini during a sun-soaked getaway.<\/p>\n
The 45-year-old actress shared a series of photographs from her tropical escape on Instagram, including a striking selfie that saw her modelling the animal-print two-piece.<\/p>\n
Jessica accessorised her triangle bikini with burgundy cat-eye sunglasses, oversized gold hoop earrings and layers of delicate necklaces, while her hair was swept back into an effortless beach style.<\/p>\n
The mother-of-three looked relaxed as she posed inside her vacation accommodation, with the ocean visible through the windows behind her. Other photographs offered a glimpse inside Jessica's idyllic trip, with the actress enjoying time on the beach and posing alongside friends following a workout.<\/p>\n
Jessica has long been open about the work she puts into staying strong and healthy, with her routine combining high-intensity exercise, strength training and yoga.<\/p>\n
The actress previously credited her years of physically demanding film and television roles with laying the foundations for her athletic physique.<\/p>\n
"I attribute my athletic body to the martial arts, gymnastics, dance, and strength training I did while filming Dark Angel," she told Shape. "That's made me strong and really set the bar."<\/p>\n
Rather than spending hours in the gym every day, however, Jessica has said that consistency is more important to her. "If you can just do it two or three times a week, a little bit of exercise whether it's yoga or going for a walk or cycling class or something… go for it," she previously told E! News.<\/p>\n
For Jessica, the benefits extend far beyond the physical. "For me it really is about how I feel after I exercise so I'm motivated to do it," she explained. "I do it for my mental state, to clear my head."<\/p>\n
Jessica also incorporates plenty of flexibility work into her routine. Her longtime personal trainer Ramona Braganza previously revealed that the actress is particularly fond of Iyengar yoga, a form of yoga which places an emphasis on alignment and holding poses for longer periods.<\/p>\n
"She finds it very beneficial for stretching her body out," Ramona told Shape in 2024.<\/p>\n
In September 2025, Jessica offered fans a rare glimpse at just how committed she remains to her fitness when she shared a video of her full-body morning workout.<\/p>\n
Her trainer Betina Gozo Shimonek praised the actress for continuing to make exercise a priority regardless of how busy her schedule becomes.<\/p>\n
"People always ask how to find motivation to work out, but Jess is proof that it's… about consistency and discipline," she wrote. "Even on the days she doesn't feel like it, she shows up and puts in the work."<\/p>\n
Jessica takes an equally balanced approach to food and previously told HELLO! that she avoids restrictive diets in favour of fresh, minimally processed ingredients.<\/p>\n
