On Saturday, the Grammy nominee postponed his Wanted Man Tour stop at Sacramento\u2019s Golden 1 Center after \u201cfighting like hell\u201d trying to get his voice back in time for the show.<\/p>\n
\u201cSacramento \u2014 I\u2019m so so sorry but I am not going to be able to perform tonight,\u201d he wrote in a statement on his Instagram Story. \u201cI\u2019ve been fighting like hell all afternoon to try and make my voice presentable for the show tonight and it\u2019s not in a place to do so.<\/p>\n
\u201cI know this is extremely disappointing especially for everyone who traveled to be here. Trust me l am disappointed too. I hate letting you guys down more than anything.\u201d<\/p>\n
Boone continued, \u201cWe\u2019re figuring out the next steps now, and I\u2019ll get you an update as soon as I have one, but this show will be rescheduled as soon as possible. I will see you soon. Thank you for sticking with me. Seriously. I love you guys so much. B\u201d<\/p>\n
The venue also announced that the concert was \u201cpostponed due to health reasons\u201d with a statement on Instagram.<\/p>\n
The American Heart artist\u2019s next stop is scheduled for a two-night engagement starting Monday, Aug. 10 at LA\u2019s Crypto.com Arena.<\/p>\n
