The 53-year-old Oscar winner looked years younger than her age in a workout clip that she posted to TikTok on Friday morning.<\/p>\n
Paltrow flashed her taut midriff and chiseled abs in a black two-piece workout ensemble just a week after she made her debut on TikTok with a shocking topless post.<\/p>\n
The look featured a black sports bra top with a set of slim black cropped leggings, and she completed the ultra-casual workout look with a set of black weights strapped around her ankles and white trainers.<\/p>\n
Paltrow's video didn't feature audio from her workout, but instead she spoke about why exercise is important to her in narration layered on the clip.<\/p>\n
'What do I think about when I work out? I think about not falling over, how far through every one of these excruciating moves I am,' the actress joked. 'And then I really don't think at all, which is kind of the point.<\/p>\n
