Reliance Industries’ telecom and digital arm Jio Platforms has secured Sebi approval for its IPO, taking one of India’s most closely watched listings a step closer to the market. The offering is expected to raise around Rs 37,700 crore and value the digital services company at nearly Rs 9.5 lakh crore, potentially making it one of the largest public offerings in India. The IPO will also see several marquee global investors retain their stakes in Jio Platforms.

Here’s a look at the company’s key shareholders and their holdings:

Meta affiliate Jaadhu Holdings is the largest shareholder, with a 9.98% stake comprising 892.3 million shares.

Google International LLC follows with a 7.73% holding, comprising 690.9 million shares.

Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, KKR-backed Omicron Asia Holdings II and Vista Equity Partners-backed VEPF VII AIV I each hold a 2.31% stake in the company.

Singapore-based SLP Redwood Holdings owns a 1.88% stake in the company, Jio’s DRHP showed.

Mubadala’s MIC Redwood 1 RSC holds a 1.85% stake, according to the company’s DRHP filed with Sebi.

General Atlantic Singapore JP owns a 1.34% stake in the telecom giant, according to official IPO documents.

Abu Dhabi Investment Authority-backed Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust owns a 1.16% stake in the company, according to official IPO documents.

TPG-managed India Markets Pte rounds out the top shareholder list with a 0.93% stake.
