As our own Just Mindy reported on Friday, the judge in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial declared a mistrial after one lone male juror refused to budge and say Clancy should be found not guilty by reason of insanity in the killing of her three children. Defense Attorney Kevin Reddington blasted the juror who refused to let Clancy off the hook. "They know they were robbed by one man, for whatever his agenda was, who stole seven weeks of the life of these other jurors that were so attentive, so beautiful, so wonderful," said Reddington. "You could see how defeated they were sitting there. I got a funny feeling they would have gone on for another week if they had to. So I hope that guy can sleep well at night."

This lawyer just set the reputation of the jury system back 100 years. I'm not a lawyer but this stinks of jury tampering which in an honest world would have the defense attorney disbarred and possibly prosecuted along with the jury foreperson.
