As we told you earlier, there was reportedly one holdout juror among the nine women and three men on the Lindsay Clancy jury. The holdout was reportedly one of the men, who wouldn't agree with the other 11 who wanted to find Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity. The holdout is said to have thought one of the harsher possible sentences was warranted for the woman who strangled her three children to death.
Because of the lack of a unanimous agreement, the judge ultimately declared a mistrial.

We're now starting to learn a little about what the lone holdout might have endured for several days during the deliberations.

The deliberation room could very well have been a living hell for the man we'll call "holdout guy."
If he were in the military, this would be Medal of Honor worthy.He probably faced as much unleashed hell as some Medal of Honor recipients.
Great courage under extreme duress.Especially knowing what's now sure to come.
We'll now wait for some in the media to turn the villain of this story into the holdout juror and not the woman who murdered her three children. Clancy's attorney is certainly trying to do that:

It's also possible that the media will be in a rush to talk to the jurors who pushed to find Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity.
