Star Wars fans will be able to add 'The Mandalorian and Grogu' to their shelves this autumn, with the latest film in the saga arriving on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD in the UK on 28 September 2026.

Directed by Jon Favreau and starring Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin alongside Grogu, the movie will arrive on physical media in the UK following its digital debut and its release on Disney+ on 2 September.

UK fans will be able to purchase the standard physical editions of 'The Mandalorian and Grogu' from Monday, 28 September 2026. The main line-up includes a 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital Code edition, a Blu-ray + Digital Code edition and a DVD edition. There is also a limited-edition 4K Ultra HD SteelBook for collectors.

UK retailer HMV lists the standard 4K, Blu-ray and DVD versions for 28 September. The film has a reported runtime of approximately 133 minutes, with StarWars.com listing the physical editions in widescreen formats.

The 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital Code edition is aimed at fans who want the highest-quality home viewing option while also having access to the film on Blu-ray and digitally.

The 4K disc supports Dolby Atmos audio, while the Blu-ray includes English 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. Both formats also include English subtitles, with Spanish and French language options.

The physical release also includes behind-the-scenes featurettes and Jon Favreau's audio commentary, with StarWars.com specifically listing the bonus content for the digital and Blu-ray versions.

The digital and Blu-ray versions offer hours of bonus content, including several featurettes and audio commentary.

'Crafting The Mandalorian and Grogu' takes viewers behind the scenes with the artists responsible for the film's puppetry, miniatures, sound design and visual effects.

'Biomes — From Snow to Swamp' explores how Jon Favreau and his team created two new environments for the Star Wars adventure.

'Welcome to Shakari' focuses on the construction of the film's Star Wars city, while 'Dejarik for Real' examines how the creatures from the holographic chess game were brought to life on a larger scale.

The physical release also includes audio commentary from director Jon Favreau, allowing fans to hear directly from the filmmaker while watching the movie.

The Blu-ray + Digital Code edition provides the film in high definition and includes the bonus material listed for the home release. The DVD offers a more traditional physical option for fans who do not have a 4K or Blu-ray player.

The DVD is also listed as a separate physical edition, with English, Spanish and French 5.1 Dolby Digital audio and English descriptive audio. The UK Blu-ray is currently listed at £15.99 and the DVD at £10.99, although prices can change.

For collectors, the most elaborate option is the Beskar Collector's Edition. Unlike the standard physical releases, the Beskar edition arrives in the UK on 5 October 2026.
