The deadline for all 32 NFL teams to trim their rosters down to 53 players has officially come, and the Pittsburgh Steelers are keeping all four quarterbacks on the roster, per Adam Schefter.

Along with Aaron Rodgers, backups Mason Rudolph, Drew Allar, and Will Howard will all be on the team's initial roster.

The team held a quarterback competition throughout the spring and summer, where Rudolph earned vocal praise from head coach Mike McCarthy during training camp. He went 10-of-11 in the team's opening preseason game against the Green Bay Packers, which led to him earning the final two games off while Howard and Allar were the only two quarterbacks to play.

Allar ended the preseason going 30-of-54 for 351 yards and three total touchdowns. Howard went 26-of-39 for 229 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions.
