Quinten Timber – twin brother of Arsenal star Jurrien Timber – has agreed to sign for a Premier League club, according to reports.
Ever since Jurrien’s big money move to the Emirates three years ago, Quinten has been tipped to follow in his footsteps and play in England’s top-flight.
The midfielder has won the Eredivisie title and Dutch Cup with Feyenoord, and represented the Netherlands at this summer’s World Cup, though Jurrien missed out due to injury.
The 25-year-old only signed for Marseille in January, but due to the French club’s perilous financial situation, they are being forced to sell many of their prized assets this summer.

Among their notable departures are the former Arsenal and Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and ex-Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood.
Manager Bruno Genesio is keen to keep hold of Timber but Foot Mercato report he could be the next to leave, having agreed to join Crystal Palace.
The move is far from a done deal, with Palace and Marseille yet to reach an agreement on a fee and transfer deadline day rapidly approaching.
L’Equipe reported earlier this week that Timber’s price tag was around €19million (£16.2m), with Marseille set to make a quick profit, having only spent £3.8m on the Dutchman eight months ago.
Should the transfer happen, the Timber family will have to wait a while before their derby, with Palace next set to play Arsenal on Boxing Day at Selhurst Park.
